What I offer

Services

Art Psychotherapy

Using art materials alongside conversation, we explore experiences that are difficult to put into words. No artistic skill is needed - this is about process, not product.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing is an evidence-based therapy for trauma. It helps the brain process difficult memories in a gentler, more integrated way.

I also offer clinical supervision for qualified and trainee art therapists.

Who I work with

How I can help

Art therapy opens pathways to healing that talking alone cannot always reach. EMDR helps the brain reprocess memories that have become stuck. Together, these approaches offer meaningful support for a wide range of difficulties.

If you don't see your situation listed, please get in touch - I am always happy to discuss whether I can help or signpost you to someone who can.
